Track Rat’s Post Run Routine

Here’s one suggested routine to follow before you put any of your nitro rc cars or trucks up for the day.

1) Empty your fuel tank.
2) Re-start the engine to burn off any fuel lingering in the engine or fuel lines.
3) Put a few drops of after-run oil into the carb.
4) Crank the engine a couple of times to circulate the after-run oil.

Don't forget. Even if you run the fuel tank dry, there's probably still a little bit of fuel left in the system. The after run oil will coat the internals and protect them from the leftover fuel’s corrosive effects.
