About Nitro RC Trucks - Stadium StyleIdeal For Racing, Bashing Or Both?I guess the so called nitro RC stadium trucks are what you might call "tweeners". Neither buggies nor full fledged monster trucks - some would say nitro RC trucks like these are perfect all purpose vehicles.
• Longer chassis gives these nitro rc trucks a bigger wheel base How to Maximize Your Nitro RC Trucks ExperienceFor maximum realism and driving experience you might go 2WD.
Two wheel drive nitro rc trucks are a blast to drive in part because they require a more delicate touch when it comes to the throttle control. Then too that makes them the perfect driver training ground. Because once you master driving stadium trucks you’ll positively dominate any 4WD vehicle. Besides the top speed for a 2 WD stadium truck is generally faster then the 4 WD. When raced they’re known for cornering well. And they take jumps without complaint. If you plan on bashing it’s good to keep in mind that the suspension of a stadium truck is not equal to that of a monster truck. One of the trade offs you make when you go with one. Of course which is best for you depends on how you plan to run it. Racing…bashing…or both. You’ll find some stadium trucks are best for bashing. Others are designed with racing in mind. Some surprisingly are up to the task of doing both fairly well. Heck even if you go with an electric stadium truck you can’t go wrong. Now if you want to race competitively, and that’s it, you’ll probably want to take a good hard look at the Losi XXX-NTJust remember no stadium truck, or any of the rc nitro trucks available, is bullet proof. In other words if you hit a curb at full speed things tend to break. Doh! And yes going fast is exciting. A real rush even. And most stadium trucks can be geared to go faster. Still going fast don’t mean nothing if you can’t keep it on the track. Anyway, if you are brand new to nitro rc trucks and cars I would strongly suggest you take a hard look at stadium trucks. Speed, off-road capability, and durability are three reasons why. You want a version with either roto-start or the traxxas EZ start. Once you get better at engine tuning you can move on to pull-starts.
