OFNA Titan Review
Just one look at the OFNA Titan and you can see that this 1/8 scale truck is the baddest of the big block bashers.Some would say it’s the ultimate in Monster Trucks. You know, brute force on wheels?
This thing’s not just big - it’s huge!
Oh and if you get a chance take a gander at the shocks. Up front and personal the quality of the 8 aluminum (not plastic) shocks alone is truly amazing.
Sure, maybe the OFNA Titan is NOT ideal for the track. But it’s great for back yard bashing.
That’s right, if you’re looking for a pure basher the OFNA Titan should be high on your list. (If you’re looking for something to bash and race once in a while maybe the HPI Savage 25 would be a better bet.)
Pit Tip: Due to the huge tires and rims the Titan is prone to driveline issues. Luckily stepping the tires and rims down in size to OFNA Dominator tires and rims generally eliminates that problem.
OFNA Titan - Bigger, Badder, Downright Ballistic?
Yet it’s not only huge it’s also ballistic.Which is to say screamin’ fast.
OFNA straps huge big block engines in all their trucks. The Ofna .25 the Titan comes equipped with is no exception. You’ll find it’s more than up to the task. Given the price - you get plenty of power torque and top end.
How fast? Properly set up, a stock OFNA Titan with 11/15 clutch bell can top out around 35-40mph.
Yet if a super fast basher isn’t what you had in mind, with the control issues that go with it, then this may not be the truck for you.
Speaking of control issues - excessive speed IS the main cause of crashes. Luckily the rugged OFNA Titan is built rock solid with plenty of ground clearance. So it can take more than it’s share of abuse.

All in all the huge OFNA Titan is one bad truck. It’s very durable (but might could use beefier CVA's - you listening OFNA?). It comes with an impressive array of very high quality parts. And don’t forget it’s not just fast it’s downright ballistic. Making for a killer basher truck for the money.
