For starters the RC10 B4 Stealth has a noticeably low center of gravity. That feature has made it an instant hit with the electric 2WD off road fans. In fact nose around the rc buggy chat rooms and you’ll read plenty of posts of praise for that quality alone. Among other notable features you‘ll find ample factory and after market hop ups readily available. This is a kit. But a low part count combined with the expected high quality Team Associated manual makes for an easy build. And even easier to maintain. |
You also can’t help but notice comments about it’s exceptional handling abound. Which shouldn’t come as any surprise. It has the lowest center of gravity of any production rc buggy to date. Giving the RC10 B4 Stealth higher cornering speeds. Along with more stability when jumping. (Some swear it’s almost telepathic. Think and it reacts. Naaah. Can’t be.)It may also impress you to find out that it rockets off the line and out of the corners with tons of steering to spare. But only if you demand such qualities in an rc buggy. You know to satisfy an urgent need for speed?
The highly tunable suspension lets it easily feel at home on both a smooth blue groove track or a bumpier surface. But again that was one of the big ideas behind the redesign to begin with.
Yet it won’t send your wallet into cardiac arrest either.
Bottom line: Has Team Associated unleashed a hot Losi killer with the RC10 B4 Stealth? Is it right for you? It just may be if you’re in the market for a sleek electric rc buggy with an innate ability to turn heads. One you might take to the track on Saturday. Or do some serious off roading with it the next.
